- 2 oz Windward Whisky
- 0.25 oz Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Orange Twist
Instructions
In an old fashioned glass, add a large ice block.
Add in the Windward Whisky, maple syrup and chocolate bitters and stir well.
Scorch the orange twist with a flaming wood pick to release the oils over the drink.
