Orders are shipped via Canada Post within 4 business days of your order. Please allow 5-10 business days after shipment for delivery. We work with Canada Post to make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one month prior to ensure timely delivery, and confirm availability of product. Please advise that our Liqueurs have a low alcohol content compared to our other products. Thus, liqueurs many be damaged when shipping in colder temperatures. We advise that you avoid ordering liqueurs when temperatures are below freezing. Damaged orders due to freezing temperatures will not be refunded or reshipped. 

Required Signature - must be 19 years of age: Deliveries require a signature and photo ID. If delivery to a residential address is attempted and no one is available to sign, a note will be left advising of the attempted delivery. The package then must be picked up at the noted Canada Post outlet within the allotted time, after which the parcel will be returned to sender at the receivers expense.

Email Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please call 902-542-1627 between the time of 11:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. ADT, Monday through Friday.
