Barrelling Tide Distillery is an independently owned Craft Distillery located in the heart of Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley.
Overlooking a tidal river that leads to the Bay of Fundy, our name was inspired by the rise and fall of the highest tides in the world that we see here twice a day.
Barrelling Tide Distillery was built on the principle of supporting our neighbouring farmers and producers, with a strong commitment to using only the finest locally sourced ingredients whenever and wherever possible. We hand craft our award-winning spirits and liqueurs on site in small batches and believe that quality will forever come before quantity.
Barrelling Tide Distillery sits on Mi'kma’ki, the ancestral, unceded, and unsurrendered land of the Mi'kmaq people. Our team all live and work in Mi'kma'ki. We acknowledge our responsibility to honour the peoples of Mi’kma’ki by caring for the environment and community around us, and continuing our journey of decolonization. We are all treaty people.
