Tidal Run

Tidal Run is an unaged spirit made with Crosby’s molasses from New Brunswick. It is intentionally left unaged to preserve its full flavour and natural character, rather than sacrificing flavour for colour. Because Canadian regulations require rum to be aged in wood for at least one year, Tidal Run cannot legally be labelled as rum. The result is a full-flavoured spirit with a smooth, slightly sweet finish that is especially well suited to mixed rum drinks.
