Windward Whisky

Windward Whisky is rich and deep in colour, and beautifully cask aged for a balance that is smooth, but complex. Profile tastes of earthy grains with a rye spice; challenging the palate are notes of deep caramel and vanilla. 

Windward Whisky is hand-crafted in small batches. Our third release of Windward Whisky is created from a combination of small and large American White Oak casks, with a tasteful balance of rye grain, charred oak, and vanilla on the palate. It was aged for 3 years and 7 months. 

Available in 750ml, ABV 40%
