Overlooking a tidal river that flows into the Bay of Fundy, our name is inspired by the rise and fall of the world’s highest tides, seen here twice a day.
Built on a belief in supporting local farmers and producers, Barrelling Tide handcrafts spirits and liqueurs in small batches using locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy curated cocktail flights in our tasting room, and we also produce a line of ready-to-drink cocktails and seltzers for convenient enjoyment at home.

Barrelling Tide Distillery sits on Mi'kma’ki, the ancestral, unceded, and unsurrendered land of the Mi'kmaq people. Our team all live and work in Mi'kma'ki. We acknowledge our responsibility to honour the peoples of Mi’kma’ki by caring for the environment and community around us, and continuing our journey of decolonization. We are all treaty people.
