Tidal Run is our version of a "white rum". It is an unaged molasses spirit made from Crosby's molasses. By definition we are not able to call it rum; in Canada it has to age in a wood cask for a minimum of 1 year. Because it is unaged, it has a very full flavour and finishes smooth and sweet.
Available in 750 ml, ABV 40%
