Ingredients
- 1 oz Tide Gin
- 1 oz Sweet (or Semi-Sweet) Red Vermouth
- 1 oz Cynar
- Lemon Peel
Instructions
In an ice-filled cocktail mixing glass add Tide Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Cynar. Stir continuously for 30 seconds.
Strain the drink into an ice-filled lowball glass.
Use a knife to remove a 1" wide strip of lemon peel. Squeeze the lemon peel into the drink to release the oils. Gently run the peel around the edge of the glass, then place it in the glass.
