The Honey Rhubarb is the perfect east coast cocktail!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tide Rhubarb Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Spoonful of Honey
- Soda Water
Instructions
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine Tide Rhubarb Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake.
Strain into a ice filled glass and top with soda water.
