Ingredients
- 2 oz Tide Rhubarb Gin
- 1 oz Rhubarb Liqueur
- 2-3 Fresh Strawberries
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4-6 oz Soda Water
In a shaker muddle your strawberries then top with ice.
Add your Tide Rhubarb Gin, Rhubarb Liqueur, lemon juice and soda water.
Stir then strain into an ice-filled glass.
Enjoy!
