- 1.5 oz Tide Gin
- 1.5 oz Arctic Kiwi Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
- Kiwi Slices, for garnish
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine Tide Gin, Arctic Kiwi Liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
Strain cocktail into an ice filled Collins glass.
Top with soda water and garnish with a kiwi slice.
