In a cocktail shaker, blend together coconut milk and Nutella until smooth.
Fill the shaker with ice and add in your 5 Fathom Dark Rum, Javalley Coffee Liqueur, milk and demerara syrup. Shake well.
Strain into a tall glass and garnish with nutmeg.
