- 1.5 oz 5 Fathom Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Yuzu Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Fresh Mint
- Champagne
Instructions
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add your 5 Fathom Rum, yuzu juice and simple syrup.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with champagne and garnish with mint.
