- 1.5 oz Windward Whisky
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Pure Maple Syrup
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 2 Marshmallows
In a rocks glass add a large ice cube, Windward Whisky, lemon juice and maple syrup. Gently stir. Top with ginger beer and gently stir.
Toast your marshmallows with a blowtorch. Thread them onto a stock and garnish glass.
