The Haskap berry originates from Northern Asia, brought into Canada by the University of Saskatoon, this berry took off in Canada. It's called the new "superfruit" because it's very high in antioxidants. The flavour of our Haskap Liqueur is like a blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and concord grape, with a sweet, bitter, tart taste that really works well together. It can be substituted into any cocktail that already has blueberries or blackberries.
