The martini is a classic. It is the perfect way to highlight a premium Vodka or Gin and a cocktail every bar enthusiast should master. Like every cocktail, it should be adapted to suit your taste.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tide Vodka or Tide Gin
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth, to taste
- 2 dashes Bitters (optional)
- Lemon twist or 3 olives, for garnish
Instructions
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Strain into chilled martini glass.
Squeeze oil from lemon peel into the glass or garnish with olive.
