Mint Mischief is the second release in our small batch cocktails. Make it at home with the recipe below!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tidal Run
- 1 oz Haskap Liqueur
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Lime Wheel
- Mint Sprig
In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle your mint and simple syrup.
Add your Tidal Run, Haskap Liqueur and lime and fill shaker with ice. Shake then strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
