Pumpkin Spiked Latte

Ingredients (serves 10-12)
  • 8 oz 5 Fathom Dark Rum or Tidal Run
  • 5 Cups Coffee, Freshly Brewed
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Nutmeg
Instructions
Add your 5 Fathom Dark Rum or Tidal Run, brewed coffee, milk, sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon stick into a slow cooker, and heat on high for at least 90 minutes.
Whip remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Divide the heated mixture among 10-12 mugs, top with whipped cream and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
