Trick Nog

Ingredients (serves 2+)

• 2.5 oz Windward Whisky or 5 Fathom Dark Rum
• 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Heavy Cream
• 0.25 oz Brown Sugar Syrup
• 1 Egg
• Nutmeg
• Cinnamon Sticks
• Orange Twists

Instructions
In a shaker (without ice), add your Windward Whisky, Cherry Liqueur, orange juice, heavy cream, brown sugar syrup and whole egg. Vigorously dry shake.
Add Ice and then vigorously shake again until well chilled.
Strain into your glasses.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg, a cinnamon stick and an orange twist.
